Aussie Alchemy

• 2 oz (60 ml) whiskey
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 teaspoon water
• 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters (either Australian Bitters Co Aromatic or  BITTERTALES)
• Rough-cut Ice block

1. Place sugar cube in glass.
2. Measure water into glass and muddle.
3. Dash bitters into glass and stir to dissolve sugar.
4. Measure whisky into glass.
5. Place rough cut block ice into glass.
6. Stir liquid and ice in the glass.
