Punch Bowl

Crowd-pleaser with a twist. Bitters bring balance to your holiday punch. One bowl, endless cheers.

Ingredients

  • 40 oz (5 cups) 100% cranberry juice
  • 4 oz (½ cup) simple syrup
  • 2 bottles (750 ml bottles) brut Prosecco
  • 16 oz (2 cups) apple cider
  • 12 oz (1 ½ cups) ginger ale
  • 12 oz (1 ½ cups) rum
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 1 bag of ice cubes
  • 30 dashes of Australian Bitters Co. Aromatic Bitters
  • Tip: 1 teaspoon of our bitters = 6 dashes of bitters

Method

  1. Chill all ingredients.
  2. Fill a large punch bowl with ice.
  3. Add cranberry juice, sparkling wine, apple cider, ginger ale, and rum.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Top with orange slices and fresh cranberries.

Optional – garnish with cranberries
