Seven Hills Sour
Ingredients
- 45ml (1.5 oz) Amaretto
- 15ml (0.5 oz) whiskey (bourbon or rye)
- 30ml (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
- 10ml (0.33 oz) simple syrup
- 15ml (0.5 oz) egg white
- 4 dashes Australian Bitters Co Aromatic
- Ice
Method
- Measure whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
- Dash bitters into shaker.
- Measure egg white into shaker.
- Shake mixture.
- Fill shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously once more
- Strain liquid into glass.
