Seven Hills Sour

Ingredients

  • 45ml (1.5 oz) Amaretto
  • 15ml (0.5 oz) whiskey (bourbon or rye)
  • 30ml (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml (0.33 oz) simple syrup
  • 15ml (0.5 oz) egg white
  • 4 dashes Australian Bitters Co Aromatic
  • Ice

Method

  1. Measure whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  2. Dash bitters into shaker.
  3. Measure egg white into shaker.
  4. Shake mixture.
  5. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
  6. Shake vigorously once more
  7. Strain liquid into glass.
