Dry Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Gin
- 1 oz (10 ml) Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Australian Bitters Co Orange
- Ice
Method
- Fill cocktail shaker ½ full with ice.
- Measure gin into shaker.
- Measure dry vermouth into shaker.
- Dash bitters into shaker.
- Shake well and strain into glass.
Garnish
- Orange Peel Twist
- Olives (optional)
