Ingredients

  • 60 ml / 2.4 oz Gin
  • 10 ml / 0.4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Australian Bitters Co Orange 
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill cocktail shaker ½ full with ice.
  2. Measure gin into shaker.
  3. Measure dry vermouth into shaker.
  4. Dash bitters into shaker.
  5. Shake well and strain into glass.

Garnish

  • Orange Peel Twist
  • Olives (optional)
